It never ends. You are well on your way to injecting flavour into your food, eating five fruits and veggies a day and keeping your cupboards well stocked. And the F-word hits you.
FAT!
It is not quite that simple apparently. There are many types of it, and not all are baddies.

Fats are classified by their 'saturation', which is geek speak for the number of hydrogen atoms that cling to the molecules of fat.
Saturated fats are the worst because they are 'saturated' or filled with hydrogen-coated molecules.
