How to do it
~ Quarter a whole bunch of berries.
~ Sprinkle a little sugar over them.
~ Splash in a generous measure of Pepper Vodka, and mix well.
~ Make sure you mash it up a little as you go. Chill the mixture.

Strawberries and cream!
You can make a simple but stunning dessert by layering strawberries with whipped cream or thick custard. It looks fabulous and mouthwatering!

Spoon the creamy strawberries into individual shot glasses or into a large bowl.

Some people prefer it with some chocolate flakes or chocolate sauce drizzled over.

My tip: Freeze this mixture to enjoy long after the season is over as an impromptu summer sorbet.
