Bath Sets

Get your bathroom a matching ceramic bath set which includes a soap dish, toothbrush holder, glass and a soap dispenser. For instance, if your bathroom has flowers and butterflies, pick a bath set that has the same kind of motifs on it. If you can't find one that matches, go in for a set in matching colours.

You could also try individual pieces in glass or steel for that classy look. And if it is for your kid's bathroom, you might want to go with plastic just to be on the safe side.

Mirrors

Yes, everyone likes to check themselves out in the mirror. So make sure to get a good quality mirror for your bathroom. Hang it up above the washbasin or bathroom counter.

You could have a square, round, oval or rectangular mirror. It really depends on you. But don't just go the conventional way. You could try a really large mirror that covers the entire wall above the counter.

If that's too much for you, go with a smaller mirror surrounded with lights or with two prominent lights on either side. You could also have a small shaving mirror included. Your hubby will be grateful.

For smaller bathrooms, mirror cabinets may be a good idea. They serve the purpose of both the mirror and storage. Plus they come fitted with a hand towel rod.

Laundry Baskets

Instead of an ugly plastic bucket for all your laundry why not try a laundry basket? It is way more presentable when guests use the washroom, don't you think?

You could try a plastic laundry basket that matches with the rest of the bathroom or you could go with a collapsible cloth one too. You can get funky ones for kids too in the shape of animals, bugs etc. They are simply adorable.
