When you are deprived of ample sleep, your immunity level is likely to fall further. Also, when you do not get ample rest, you may end up with frequent back pain.

If you are menstruating, then lack of sleep can interfere with your cycle. After delivery, your menstrual cycle is slightly irregular.
It takes time for it to regularise. Lack of sleep can make it all the more irregular. As far as your mental health is concerned, lack of ample sleep can make you irritable and moody.
