WHILE you are busy making plans for Mother's Day and thinking up the perfect gift for your mom, we caught up with some celebrities, who I might add are doting daughters, and got the scoop on their moms.

Turns out these celebrities are not so self-made after all. It's their moms who are actually behind all that success.

"My mom means everything to me. There is nothing I don't like about her. I mean there are things that get to me but that is with every mom. I think what I admire most about my mom is her dedication towards her family - imagine giving up your life just to be a mother. She's never left us alone.

Tupur and I were not really bold enough to take a plunge into a profession like modelling but it was because of my mom's support that we are where we are today.

I am looking forward to celebrating Mother's Day. We don't have any specific plans because we'll just do whatever my mom feels like. Last year, I took her to Hard Rock Cafe. This year we'll just have to see how it pans out."
