Anyone with a gummy smile (small crown), toothy smile (receding gums) an uneven gum line due to short teeth and gum loss must opt for cosmetic gum surgery.
The two primary surgeries include correcting the gummy smile and the long-tooth smile. The procedure for the gummy smile includes removing extra tissue with a laser to allow for normal sized teeth with a normal gum line. The process to correct the long-tooth smile involves taking tissue out from the roof of your mouth and grafting it onto your gums.
