THE renowned Russian couturier Kira Plastinina recently opened her 50th store in Los Angeles, in the presence of the hot 'n happening young gliterati brigade.
But the designer couldn't possibly have enjoyed the celebratory champagne - at 15, she is way below the legal age to drink!
This petite teenager takes her fashion very seriously. Already a coveted designer brand in Russia and Ukraine, Kira is sure she will be welcomed in the US too - especially by young adults, who are her target group.
In the LA launch, Kira presented some of her sporty chic and club wear, an instant hit with the celeb debutantes and pop stars present for her party!
