Boils usually don't breakout inside your vagina. They generally erupt at the entrance of the vaginal opening or around your pubic area.

Boils that erupts partly inside and partly outside your vagina.
This kind of boil erupts when the opening of the Bartholins gland, which secretes a lubricant to keep the vagina moist, gets blocked. When the opening of the gland is blocked, a boil called the Bartholins cysts is formed.
If you ignore this boil, it gets infected and fills up with pus. As the pus increases, the boil will become bigger and painful.
Also, watch out for the boil that erupts when you use a contaminated blade to shave your pubic hair. Apart from that, cheap waxing sheets can also cause this kind of boil. These are more like lesions which stay on for months together and is usually painless.

Once you find out you have boils, avoid wearing tight clothes as much as you can. Make sure you wear loose comfortable clothes.
Wear well-fitted cotton panties; avoid wearing underwear like G-strings or thongs that come in contact with the boil, as any friction may cause pain.

If you have Bartholins cysts, you will not be able to have sex because of the pain. If you have had the lesions for some time, avoid sex as it could aggravate the problem.
