Watch out for symptoms like an itchy sensation or an abnormal vaginal discharge. If your discharge is slightly watery, white or thick, make sure you get yourself checked as these are indicative of a possible vaginal infection.
Pain or swelling of the vulva and pain while urinating are other signs of a possible vaginal infection. The moment you notice any of these symptoms, go to a gynaecologist and get it treated. You can prevent such infections to some extent by following a good vaginal hygiene.
