Make sure you call your doctor if you feel the contractions quite frequently.
Pressure in the Pelvic Area
An increase in pressure in your pelvic area, as if your baby is trying to push itself out could also mean that delivery may be nearing. "In my case with the increase in pressure, my stomach drooped too. I could physically make out that my tummy was down," says Sapna.

Back Pain
Pain in your lower back, especially if you did not have any pain in your back previously could indicate a preterm delivery. It may be sudden and may start from slow to sharp shooting pains. Remember, you may not experience all these symptoms.
And the intensity may vary from person to person. Also, there are chances that you may experience altogether new signs along with few of the commonly observed ones.
The idea is to remain alert of these symptoms and take immediate action and not prolong diagnosis.
