Heavy workouts and very strenuous work during pregnancy may lead to a miscarriage. Doing normal household chores may not affect your pregnancy.
So, it is better to go slow on your workout schedule when you start planning pregnancy or the day you realise that you have missed a period.

Popping Pills
If you had fever and if you popped a pill, it may not harm your baby. However, if you are continuously popping pills even after the pregnancy is confirmed, especially during the first eight weeks, it may cause developmental problems in your baby.
So stop popping the over-the counter pills and visit the doctor whenever you are in need of one.
