If you gain weight before pregnancy, you have a higher chance of having twins.

Eating yam increases the chance of a twin pregnancy.

Eating meat helps you ovulate more and thus, have twins

If you conceive while breastfeeding, you can have twins

If you try getting pregnant later in your monthly ovulation cycle, there is a higher chance of you getting pregnant with twins.

So don't try any of these things because eventually you will just be wasting time. Remember, having twins is a surprise of nature. So, hope for that surprise and try your best.
