We list out the different gynaecological problems you may have and the chances of conceiving.
Uterine Fibroids
Uterine fibroids are muscle growths on the wall of your uterus or in your uterine cavity. The fibroids can grow as a single growth or in clusters.
Also, fibroids may not be uniform in size. They are usually non-cancerous but in some cases can be cancerous as well. The exact cause of fibroids is not known.
However, if you are obese or overweight, you are at a higher risk.

Chances of Conception
Conceiving with uterine fibroids depends on where exactly the fibroids are. If the fibroids are outside your uterus, you can conceive with no problem.
But if the fibroids are inside your uterus, you may have problems conceiving.
Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS)
Your body secretes both male and female hormones. When the male hormones are secreted in excess, they form small fluid like sacs in your ovaries called cysts.
These cysts enlarge your ovaries and interfere with your egg production and your menstrual cycle.

Chances of Conception
If you have cysts, you need to undergo treatment and get your ovulation cycle on track. Once your menstrual cycle is correct, you can conceive with no problems.
Vaginal Infections
There are a whole lot of vaginal infections like bacterial vaginosis (BV) and vaginal yeast infections.
Bacterial Vaginosis is caused because of unusual growth of bacteria. This is more common if you have multiple partners or if you have poor vaginal hygiene.
Vaginal Yeast Infections are caused if you are undergoing some treatment and are on heavy antibiotics. Also, this type of infection is more common if you are having some kind of hormonal imbalances that may occur if you are pregnant.
Remember this infection is aggravated if you follow a poor hygiene, wear tight underwear or have excessive alcohol.
