With so much work and so little time to talk and connect, how can you avoid or bridge this gap?
The answer might lie in the good old pillow talk. Find out how…
Why Pillow Talk?
Pillow talk is the intimate conversation between a husband and wife, held in peace after a hectic day.
"Don't be misled by the word 'pillow' – these talks are not necessarily erotic," says Lalita Joglekar, Psychoanalyst.

It can't be 'scheduled and executed' like a listed task, but has to be spontaneous and relaxed.
Time Out, Please!
If you have had a fight during the day, pillow talk is an excellent opportunity to make up after both of you have cooled down. Stick to the rule that sun should never set upon an argument.
"In the heat of the moment, we get judgmental, personal and divert from the real issue. It’s important to remember that pillow-talk shouldn’t trigger off another fight. Before going to bed, remember all the good times you had with your partner and then talk to your partner," says Dr Rema Suresh, Marital Counsellor.
