Marriage on the Cards?
If you've decided to marry your boyfriend, there are adjustments that you have to be mentally prepared for.
Take a look at a few common habits and cases:
If you are marrying a single person, he could have habits (like smoking and drinking) that you may not like. He could give the habit up while you two are dating or even engaged. He could, however, go back to the habit once you are married.
Initially, he will restart with a rare smoke or drink but if it has been a old habit, it is difficult to get rid of it.

Another common situation is if your spouse-to-be is from a small town. If you are a city girl, adjusting will take a lot more effort.
You will probably be used to dressing a certain way, working, moving around independently and driving. He may even agree to you continuing doing those things after your marriage.
But, you need to be prepared that your husband may not want you doing the things you used to do before your marriage and expect you to be the wife he you to be. If this is the case, you have to assert yourself and fight for the life you want to live.
