"I Love You"
Designer Arshiya Fakkieh is a self-admitting die hard romantic. Here is what she did for her husband Rij Eappen.
I will never forget a surprise party I had organised for him. I wanted to do something extra special and I rehearsed one of his favourite songs and sung it for him at the party.
Besides this I made sure all his friends showed up for his party, including the ones who said they were going to be out of town.
I think I believe that what I lack in craziness, I make up in the romance stakes.
I tell him at 25 times daily that I love him. I also like buying him cards and gifts often, just as a small way to show him that I love him.
I know that some people may say that love is unspoken, but I am someone who lets my husband know through my actions. I believe that love really does not need a time or occasion.
"My boyfriend takes the cake on this one."
Kashmira Shah tells you that her boyfriend Krishna is more romantic than her. After all he popped the question on Nach Baliye 3.
The most romantic thing I have done for my boyfriend so far is throwing him a big Bollywood style surprise party for his birthday. He was used to celebrations with close-knit family and friends and I decided to do something different.
This was his first birthday we were celebrating together. He was under the impression that it was an intimate gathering and the surprise took him away completely - it was a full-blown Bollywood bash, with celebs coming in and wishing him.
So far this is the most romantic thing I've done.
However, my boyfriend takes the title for 'King of Romance'.
I was shooting in the US in the recent past. When I came back home I saw my bedroom covered in cards, coloured chart papers, letters and post-its, all telling me how much he missed me. He wrote one of those everyday and told me how much he loved and missed me.
