Women are not easy to please and if you want to secure that second date, you better be prepared.
As much as men would like to believe, women are not too hard to please.
Or so they would like us to believe! Ramp scorcher Anchal Kumar avers that a first date is tension and stress filled because both - the man and the woman - try so hard to make a great first impression.
Says Anchal, "There is far too much formality in a first date. I would like the guy asking me out to think of something that is informal and relaxed. The mood should be definitely chilled-out and effortless. For me, drinks and dinner at a lounge work just fine."

Fellow model Mugdha Godse agrees. According to Mugdha, a first date should not border on the serious and should be full of nervous excitement.
Both should be willing to let their guard down. "Only then can you really know what a person is all about," she asserts.
But more than anything else, Mugdha looks for comfort in a first date.

Most first dates don't move on to a second date because men and women expect too much. Remember, the person you are out to meet is not a potential life partner!
First Date Guide
Grooming and etiquette expert Rukshana Eisa believes that a first date need not always spell disaster. According to her, here's what you need to keep in mind:
For Women
- Dress down and don't wear revealing clothing. You don't want to send out wrong signals!
- Stay away from personal questions. Instead, talk about general topics such as movies and music.
- If your date is a college student or someone who is not a businessman, don't order an expensive meal!
- Keep your ears open too; it pays to be an avid listener.
