Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston were a couple everyone wanted to be. He is known as one of the sexiest men alive and she, one of the sexiest women in the world. So when the couple were married in 2000 no one thought that their marital bliss would last for just four and a half years.

• The split

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie were drawn to each other while filming Mr and Mrs Smith. Angelina insists that they remained just very good friends until Jennifer announced her separation from Brad in January 2005.

Angelina's son Maddox is supposed to have sealed the deal between the two. He allegedly called Brad daddy one day and that is supposed to have had an impact on the two.

• The present

Jennifer had moved on to actor Vince Vaughn but that didn't last long. Her next boyfriend, model Paul Sculfor is known to be a serial womaniser. He is supposed to have made a comment stating that he was going to find a rich, lonely girl.

For Jen's sake we hope that is not true.

A daughter later, Angelina and Brad are very much together (inspite of the rumours stating otherwise). Angelina wants to adopt more children and add to their growing brood. Brad has also given Maddox and Zahara his name.
