Mahesh Shah, the CEO of HomeTown picks the two must haves from his store for the minimalist look. His take, "Minimalism is a very clean way of living.
Everything has to be clutter free. While it may be hard to completely incorporate it in Indian households, it would prove helpful as the houses today are small."
Wenge veneer sofa

This sofa is a combination of wenge veneer wood along with grey fabric. The fabric used for this sofa is just exact, there is no excess in this furniture. Also, the cuts are straight, there are no excessive curves. This sofa set would cost you Rs 21,000.
Mahesh's tips:
- Avoid using a number of colours in your house. Stick to just two or so. Black and white works the best.
- It may be hard to adopt this look throughout the house. You can have it in one area like the hall where it is easier to maintain the clean, clutter-free look.
