If yes, chances are your energy levels are on an all time low. Here is how you can build up your stamina levels.
Diet and Exercise
Leena Mogre, Fitness Expert says, "There's no particular age when energy levels go down, it totally depends on your lifestyle, if it is sedentary or active. And of course, your diet is also important."
Cardio and weight training are very important to build up stamina. Cardio training helps more than weight training. A fitness routine helps in making you stronger, which in turn, helps in you having less injuries and getting less tired. Aerobic activity is good at any age, but make sure you have a fitness assessment before going in for any physical activity.
Kamna Marwah, Head Nutritionist at Talwalkar's Nutrition Centre says, "You can go for pranayam, breathing techniques, and yoga to build your stamina. But don't think 15 minutes of exercise a day is enough. You need at least 45 minutes of exercise about five times a week."

Kamna says building stamina or endurance is achieved purely by exercising. And to do this, you need energy that can be provided by a proper balanced nutritional intake.
"Make sure you eat sufficient complex carbohydrates, that is, cereals like wheat, brown rice, etc. You also need to include proteins minerals and vitamins for stamina building," she says.
