Dark chocolate is rich in anti-oxidants. And that's not all... it also contains substances similar to heart-healthy compounds (flavanols) found in tea that help lower blood pressure and improve blood flow, says researchers at the University of California, San Francisco.
So once in a while it's okay to ignore the guilt pangs and indulge yourself in a little chocolat!
