Soya So Bad!

Have you gone completely vegetarian after you heard about the wonders of soya? Well, turns out soya is not so wonderful after all.
Yes, it's a great source of protein, keeps osteoporosis at bay, lowers cholesterol and the works. But according to a study conducted by Dr. Lorraine Anderson at the Royal Maternity Hospital in Belfast, soya also contains phytoestrogens, which could trigger infertility, breast cancer and thyroid disease.
