Every food preparation you eat has some amount of calories. The calories are like locks and B complex works as they key to unlocking the nutrients in the food. It helps metabolism and converts our food into energy for our body.
Vitamin B complex consists of water-soluble vitamins. It is freely available in our daily foods like rice and dals. The sad part, however, is that because of excessive use of water in our cooking the nutrients (B complex) from the food is washed away.
Diet Plan
Wash your uncooked rice and dal and use the same water for the cooking process. This will help preserve the nutrients in the food. Cereals and pulses are rich in B complex too.
Last but not the least, it is important to eat a variety of foods in the same food group. For instance, there is no point only eating three kinds of vegetables. You must have a variety because each vegetable has its own special nutrients.
So go ahead and eat a balanced diet and don't forget to include these essential nutrients in it!
