Theme for a dream

While brunches are usually a place to relax, sometimes adding a theme to a brunch makes it more fun.

"I think a theme for a brunch is always essential otherwise all brunches tend to look the same," says socialite Kishen Mulchandani who threw a Holi themed brunch in Mumbai recently.

Some popular themes for brunches are festivals like Holi or Christmas, special occasions like Valentine's Day or Mother's Day with special recipes, the 70s flower power and more.

"Incorporating a theme for a brunch gives guests a chance to dress up and also sets up the right mood of fun and relaxation," claims bussinessman Viren Shah who is known for his lavish parties.
