Fitness expert Leena Mogre says, "Stay away from alcohol if you can at brunches, instead stick to fruit juices and mocktails." If alcohol is inevitable then she suggests cocktails, "Because the fruit juices in them won't dehydrate you."
In terms of food, she recommends lots of grilled meats and salads. "I would stay away from fried foods," Leena adds.
