- Bleeding during your previous pregnancy
- C-section during your previous pregnancy
- Loose Cervix
- Multiple gestation
Factors to Remember
You should always make sure that you drink plenty of fluids before you exercise, follow a nutritious diet, and avoid over exertion.
Remember to listen to your body at all times. If you start feeling nauseous, tired, or experience some pain in your joints, you should immediately stop and rest.
Now that you know your limits, go ahead ride that back, walk the treadmill or stretch those muscles. Exercise safe and don't hesitate to consult your doctor if you have any doubts at all.
