Amrish Kumar, son of ace fashion designer Ritu Kumar follows the IPL matches regularly, his favourite being Rajasthan Royals. He adjusts his work schedule to watch the matches in the evening. When asked about this new trend he says, "It's good for the game, till they stick to this kind of format in new dimensions particularly in terms of size and scope."

As for cheerleaders he says, "I saw the match in Mohali and its great to see them as they are one of the most entertaining factor in IPL."
