WAS it Paris, London or Mumbai? You couldn't tell the difference.

Going by the great crowd cheering and waving at the larger-than-life superstar of Hindi movie-dom Shah Rukh Khan, it could have been anywhere!

It was a sunny Monday morning, when the King Khan, his wife Gauri and director friend Karan Johar made an appearance in Paris.

Occasion? Shah Rukh Khan's second wax replica being unveiled at Musée Grévin, Paris.


As Khan, dressed in a pair of jeans and a black leather jacket, stepped out of a limousine in front of the museum, he was welcomed by African and Indian dancers outside the museum amid cheers from a crowd of fans Monday morning.

Shah Rukh signed autographs for the fans but when some of them tried to embrace him, the matinee idol was whisked away by security guards.
