What exactly is Sissy Spasec wearing? Is it a tail-coat? Is it a gown? Is it a peasant-cut hoop-skirt? The problem with Sissy's dress is, it is neither. This hotchpotch is confusing and makes gorgeous Sissy look quite jaded, don't you think?
