PLAYBOY Mansion, owned by men's magazine Playboy, is a place every man dreams to be invited.

It's the superhot Playboy Playmates, who make it such a lucrative place to visit.

Case in point: the Playmate of the year 2008 Jayde Nicole, unveiled yesterday, May 8 by Playboy founder-owner Hugh Hefner.

In a swanky party at Playboy Mansion in California, Jayde celebrated her win in style.

Scorching the venue in a little purple number, Jayde posed with the latest issue of Playboy magazine, featuring her in a bikini on cover.

The 22-years-old, raven-haired beauty has been modelling since childhood. At her age, she already owns a modelling agency A Touch of Class.

Jayde was 'spotted' at a concert in Toronto, by a model agent, and never looked back. After winning 'Playmate of the year' title, Jayde says it's a dream coming true for her.  

Jayde has won a cool Cadillac CTS 2008, along with oodles of modelling assignments as Playboy Playmate of 2008.
