Too Many Responsibilities…
It is not about how you get your husband to do work but it is about how you both share your responsibility to ease off the work load instead of just one struggling.
The kid belongs to you both and both of you care for your kid. Sharing work will help you stay healthy and will not stress you out. Also, your kid will not get addicted to one person and will not depend only on you.
Dr. Vanita Raut, L. H. Hiranandani Hospital, Mumbai says, "If a woman has lot of responsibilities to shoulder, then she is likely to turn very irritable and neglect her health. She may not get as much nutrition as she is supposed and may become weak."
She is more likely to forget her vitamin and calcium supplements in the drive to take care of her child which may cause serious ailments like osteoporosis in the long run.
It is easier if two bullocks pull a cart. Sharing makes even a difficult task smooth.
So, it is recommended that you and your husband share and take turns taking care of your children to have a comfortable life.
