Currently, no educational institute in the country offers formal training in visual merchandising or space management.
However, a short term course in interior design could help you to understand better how to use the space given to you to its fullest i.e. space management.
Educate yourself by reading magazines on interior designs, attend workshops and view floor / window displays at malls and departmental stores. This will help you to better understand the job requirements.
