If you are working from home, it is essential to have a computer and an Internet connection to facilitate transfer of data and communication between you and your client / employer.

The additional cost of buying a computer and subscribing to an Internet service could work up to Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 30,000.

Who Is Hiring?

This profession offers unlimited scope for employment. You can work in any industry - from legal and financial, to insurance, accounting, taxation, health, IT and in various government offices.

Remuneration

As a beginner, you can start up by earning approximately Rs. 6,000 to Rs. 7,000 per month. However, the range varies depending upon the nature of work, amount of work and the client / employer.

Some organisations prefer bulk payments based on contractual arrangements while others prefer to pay per word based on the amount of work completed. Ultimately, your earnings would largely depend on the amount of work you can finish in a given period.
