Getting Started
Once you have a professional course under your belt, begin by working at the gym you train at. This will help in confidence building and acquiring valuable hands-on experience.
After an initial period of say six months, you should be able to build a reputation of your own.
This would largely depend on your interpersonal skills, talent and the ability to motivate individuals who train under you.

As a personal trainer, you can train clients at their residence or your own residence depending on the space available.
Though you do not need to have a full-fledged gym, it would be good to have certain accessories.
Money Matters
A fitness trainer can earn anything from Rs. 5,000 to Rs.15,000 per month depending on experience and the employer. As a personal trainer, you can earn as much as Rs. 15,000 to Rs. 20,000 per month per client. If you have a good industry reputation and celebrity clients (models and actors), the remuneration could be even higher.
