Advertise: Spread the word through friends and relatives. Pamphlets are an excellent way too. With time you could advertise using classifieds or your local cable channel.
Distribute: You don't have to turn your house into a shop if you don't want to. Approach local gift stores or chain stores. They would be glad to sell your pieces for a small commission. In case your candles are beyond the range of Rs. 250, look out for more exotic stores in your area or even exhibitions.
Take orders: During festive seasons (Diwali, Christmas, New Year etc.) you could offer discounts to those with large orders.
Once you have mastered the art, you can teach others. Of course for this you will have to have a sufficiently large space.
