Yes, men like surprises too! From an unplanned holiday to the latest gizmo, here are some ways to surprise your man.
Goan Holiday
A surprise holiday, whether day long or a weekend getaway, is a great way to spend some quality time together. Theatre artist Divya Palat loves to plan such surprises for hubby Aditya Hitkari.
"Aditya has a busy schedule. One time, I called his company and family and asked them if it would be okay if I took him away for a day. I then arranged for a day's trip to Goa and booked us at his favourite hotel there. He loved the much-deserved break," says Divya.
Birthday Blast
A birthday is a special occasion and what better way to celebrate it than with a surprise birthday party! Actor Manasi Joshi Roy did just that for her husband, actor Rohit Roy.
According to Manasi, a surprise birthday party is always a hit. She says, "All you need to do is arrange for his friends and family to come to a pre-decided venue and then call him there. His happiness is there for all to see!"
Wish List
Surprise your man with something he has always wanted but has never been able to lay his hands on. It could be something as small as a music CD of his favourite band or those new sports shoes.
Recollects Divya, "Aditya wanted a pair of football shoes in red, which had just been introduced. I told the store people not to sell him the pair. The next day I gifted him the shoes; he was ecstatic!"
