Furniture
When it comes to furniture, it is important to protect the edges and surfaces from getting scratched. The edges are bound to touch that of other furniture while being transported. So wrap them tightly with a thick layer of sponge. Remember to place hard corrugated sheets over and in between all wooden surfaces. Also bubble wrap all pieces of furniture.
Always waterproof all items together with film rolls. This tightens the packing and is extremely handy during the monsoons. You can get waterproof film rolls from your local movers and packers agency.
