You have your in-laws or parents to look after your baby, so that matter is settled.
But how do you handle feeding matters?

Don't fret; you can feed your baby even if the two of you are in opposite corners of the city. Surprised? Don't be.
This is a process called expressing, by which you can store breast milk so that your baby can get regular feeds whenever she is hungry.
Express Procedure
Manual expressing is the cheapest method as you don't need any equipment. However, you need some practice to get it right. It is also time consuming and exhaustive.
You might also feel a little awkward as this procedure may remind you of milking a cow. Here is how it is done.
- Hold your thumb and fingers in a 'C' shape.
- Hold your breast in this position but make sure your hand isn't too close to the nipple. Keep your fingers about 5-6 cms away from the nipple.
- Now squeeze your breast near your areola (the dark area surrounding the nipple) in a circular manner.
- Simultaneously, push your hand back toward your chest. Remember, if you squeeze too close to the nipple, it will hurt and won't give you results.
If the manual procedure does not suit you, you could use a breast pump. There are two types of pumps available in the market; the manual and the electric.
The manual pump, as the name suggests is a machine but you will have to manually 'squeeze' a suction device to drain out the milk.
As for the electric pump, you just have to attach the suction apparatus to your breast and the rest is done by the electric pump.
