Do you think condoms are only for men? Think again.

Apart from the Oral Contraceptive Pills, you also have the option of using other alternatives such as Copper -T or a female condom called Confidom.
5. Condoms Not the Only Alternative
If you and your spouse are considering family planning know that pills and condoms are not the only source of contraception. There are surgical options too.
