After some prodding, Jesse says, "I am glad that women are being given special privileges this year.

 In a country like India with a lot of gender politics, these special allowances are needed."

So does Jesse too toe the line of actress Preity Zinta, who visited the Fin Min for a women-friendly budget? "I don't think I have any right to do that! The goverment officials know thier job best and the budget looks quiet promising to me!" she says, disarmingly.
