Shredded Capsicum -50 Gms
Onion -50 Gms
Celery -50 Gms
Carrot - 50 Gms
Black Fungus - 50 Gms
Sichuan Pickled Vegetables - 50 Gms
Dry Chilli - 5 Gms
Chilli Pwd - ½ tsp
Ginger- 10 Gms
Garlic -10 Gms
Spring Onion-5 Gm
Light Soya Sauce -1 Tsp
Oyster Sauce - 1 Tbsp
Sugar -½ Tsp
Cooking Wine -1 Tsp
Sesame Oil -½ Tsp
Sichuan Pepper Oil - ½ Tsp
Method
1.Take oil in a wok, Stir fry chilli, ginger, garlic, Spring Onion
2.Add all vegetables & other ingredients
3.Stir fry & add sesame oil & Sichuan pepper oil.
4.Serve hot garnished with spring onion.
