Criminal Lawyer M.M. Chopra says, "Cyber sex is cheating. It amounts to mental and psychological cruelty, harassment and wife torturing."
"Remember that cyber sex does not amount to infidelity. In case your husband is satisfying you in every way and indulges in cyber sex then that does not amount to anything. However if you are affected by him indulging in cyber sex and he continues inspite of you requesting him not to, it is a ground for mental torture becasue it is affecting your peace of mind and your relationship," Mr. Chopra continues.
If you suspect your spouse of indulging in cyber sex, then you must try and get proof of the fact.
Get in touch with the cyber crime cell and consult with them on ways you can track proof on your husband.
Most of the messengers these days have an option of chat history. So if you can log into the person's account, then you can have a look at all net interactions in a date wise format.
And the Law Says…
In case you suspect your husband of cyber sex, he can be tried in the matrimonial court, criminal court and the family court.
If convicted, then he stands to face between 2-3 years in prison.
