"While I am PMSing, I just exercise a lot, do some yoga and stretching exercises to feel good just before my menstrual cycle starts," says Dipali Turakhia.
Just before your menstrual cycle, your body tends to retain some water. This water retention may cause slight overload on your body and as a result, you may have body pain.
When you do stretching exercises, it may help in soothing the sore muscles and give you a feel good feeling.

"When I am nearing my menstrual cycle, I sleep a lot. This helps me relax and get over my mood swings if any," says Binaifer Khambatta.
