If some people like to relax, Gillian D'Cruz loves to fight with people and snap at others to feel better.
Gillian explains, "This is because it acts as a catharsis and I feel great after picking a fight with someone."

Mythili Venugopal wants to be left alone when she is in her bad mood days just before her menstrual cycle.
She says, "When I am nearing my periods, I just want to be cut out from the world and I love to be in my room, read lot of books with soft music playing in the background."

Wearing Bright Colours
Seeing bright and happy colours may also make up your day. Try to wear something colourful like reds, yellows or oranges instead of dull and light colours like greys.
"Whenever I am nearing my periods and I feel bad, I just wear bright coloured clothes. The bright colours make me feel better and my mood lightens up," chuckles Anugruha Ramakrishnan.
Meeting Friends Help
Priyanka D'cunha simply dislikes being alone when she is nearing her periods.
She says, "I forget all my depression and sadness when I am with my friends."
