Day 6 - Set rules for yourself
Staying fit is all about discipline. And it's not just discipline in your diet or workout but in your complete lifestyle. You might need to set deliberate rules for yourself.

Here are a few to help you get started -
- Eat your last meal by 7:30 pm. After this time you metabolic system slows down.
- Don't watch TV half an hour prior to sleeping. Looking at a source of light causes stress.
- Consciously decide to think happy thoughts. The way you look is a reflection of your emotions.
- Drink plenty of water (6 to 8 litres) throughout the day.
