Day 7 - Rest from your routine

Now, just because it's Sunday don't let your routine go haywire. But yes, you can skip the heavy exercises. Go out and enjoy some fresh air over a stroll in the park. The idea is to relax.
Don't binge on all your favourite comfort foods. Instead savour a little bit (just a little) of those goodies. A slice of pizza, a bit of chocolate and a small scoop of ice cream never hurt anyone.
Last, but definitely not the least, never make a healthy lifestyle a punishment.
Now that you have it all, it's time to work your way to a slimmer you, one day at a time!
