We asked celebrity fitness trainers to put together exercises, that can tone up the wobbly parts. You will be able to lose that weight and keep it off, without spending hours at the gym!

Celebrity fitness trainer from Gold's Gym, Paul Britto gives you two at-home exercises that will help tone those arms.
Exercise 1
The Kickback
What you need: weights
1. Hold the weights in each of your hands and hold it towards the back of your body (your arms have to be straight and resting against your body).
2. Bend forward towards the floor till your torso is at a 90 degree angle (your arms will still be in position 1).
3. In this position bend your elbows and then pull them against your back.
4. Straighten your arms behind you squeezing your triceps.
5. Do 15 repetitions of this exercise and 4 sets. (15 repetitions makes one set)
