Exercise 2
The Triceps Extension
What you need: a weight, a Swiss ball, a firm bench
1. Sit on an upright position on a bench or a Swiss ball.
2. Hold one weight with both your hands.
3. Bend your elbows at a 90 degree angle behind your head.
4. Straighten your arms, squeezing your triceps at the same time
5. Do 15 repetitions of this exercise and 4 sets. (15 repetitions makes one set)
