Exercise 1
Breast Pull
Leena Mogre: Breast tissue is fat and there are a few exercises that will help you firm up the breast tissue.
You can do this by toning the muscles that are underneath the breast. These are your chest muscles.
What you will need: Medium resistance tubing
1. The tubing has to be put around a stable object (Leena Mogre demonstrates this in her video).
2. See that the stretchable tubing has a strong, stable hold.
3. Stand with your back against a stable object with the two ends of the tube in each hand.
4. Take one leg in front and pull one end of the tubing with your arms.
5. The hand should seem like you are boxing someone in front of you.
6. Do this with your right hand and then with the left hand - alternate the hand exercises.
7. Exhale as you box into the air.
