Exercise 2
Push Up-s
What you will need: A mat
Women who cannot do push up-s with their legs straight, can do bent-knee push up-s.
1. Place your hands palm-down on your mat shoulder-width apart.
2. Your legs should be stretched straight or bent (like shown in the video).
3. Bend arms and lower your body into the ground.
4. Straighten arms and then push your body back up.
